"For the initial consultation Mr. Varela arrived on time. He took time to listen to the whole story about my roof and the failed attempts to fix a leak I had going directly into my kitchen. The main priority was established to fix the leak in the roof before anymore damage was done. Later the metal roof was installed and I am very pleased with my new roof! Mr. Varela and his crew are all very professional and very courteous. The workers always asked permission to access areas where this was a gate and when finished you couldn't find a scrap anywhere. "We bought a new unit less than 2 years ago. We had some issues such as short cycling shortly after and Salty came to and fixed the problem. . Since July 4th this year the AC was running conitnuously all day with the thermostat set at 77. The temps in the house was betweem 78-81. The coils on the evap coil were cool except the upper half. We called Salty and he came July 7 and added refrigerant so there was a leak somewhere. Again, 2 days ago, the ac was not shutting down and doing the same thing. We called Salty again yesterday and he sent Steve who found the leak in the evap coil, He added more refrigerant and said they will replace it but it will take a while. I highly recommend Mechanical Brothers for taking care of the issues."

"***STAY AWAY*** They should remove the word "Solutions" from their name. That is far from what they provide. I started the process with Arizona Foundation "solutions" back in May of 2021 to fix a retaining wall/foundation. After meeting with the sales person they did let me know that they can proceed with engineering the "solution". After about 30 days I met with the sales person again so he could present the "solution" and take a deposit. I agreed to the option they offered and they stated I would be on the calendar to be completed before December 2021. During the permitting process there were items that came up that were needed from me directly by the county. These items were provided. After these items were provided I had not been contacted by anyone at the company to schedule the repair. At at the same time I was told by the county that Arizona Foundation "Solutions" was needing more engineering from me to complete the job. Obviously this was concerning as I should have heard about this directly from the company I was spending ten's of thousands of dollars with. However it was crickets. After reaching out to the sales person by call, text, email with no response before the holidays, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited until after the holidays and tried again with no avail. I then was put in contact with the "Area Sales Manager" whom after a week reviewed everything and let me now that the project they had in their hands for 7-8 months now was unfortunately out of scope for their company to complete and said they would be refunding me my deposit. I questioned how was this job reviewed and drawn out by an engineer and yet its somehow not able to be completed by them? Another week went by and the same manager contacting me and let me know that the owner reviewed and said they would solve this and get the job completed. I mistrustfully agreed for them to continue. After waiting another 2 weeks with no communication, I reached back out only to find out they were wrong and actually could not come up with a "solution" and would be refunding me my deposit (again). I waited another 2 weeks for my check to come in the mail and then called again to now find out they sent the check to a wrong address and would need to cancel that check and send out another. I asked for them overnight the check for my inconvenience and the refused to as this was an "additional cost that had to be approved". Throughout the most recent 2 months I tried to get the owners (Bob Brown) attention by phone/email to discuss my entire situation and was told he was in "meetings" 10/10 times I called. I was FINALLY able to get him to call back once I called every hour on the hour same day. As I expressed to the owner, the incompetency and ignorance starts at the top at his company. Not only was the communication poor at best during my dealings, the fact that an apologize nor any remorse was expressed on how my customer service experience was. A few key items to any contracting/construction work is setting expectations, communication, and follow through. NONE of which was provided by Arizona Foundation "Solutions". This type of work is extremely costly and any company completing it should be handling their customers with at least some respect while they spend a price of a new car or part of a college tuition on."

"This is a story sad but true of a company that has very good work but very bad business practices This begins in September of 2021 An estimator is sent to survey damage done by a roof leak due to a Solar installation On this visit, the estimator without authorization attempted to fix an issue The problem as was always suspected was part of a Solar panel installation and not even close to the problem area, again this was not authorized The estimator spent roughly 45 minutes for his activity and arrived late even though it was clearly communicated my sister-in-law worked nights and was asleep, there were 2 guests here, but they would authorize; this was presented as a favor - to attempt to stop further leakage Now to current time, on March 16th, 2022 I have resolved my roof issues with Reimagine Roofing - recommended Jim the representative for Silver City comes to inspect the work and close our business and I am presented with 2 invoices, 1 for the ceiling repair and 1 for what i have no idea It came to be that 1 as for the ceiling and 1 the additional charges were for the attempted unauthorized repair which didn’t do anything anyway Those charges were 586.46 - during an estimate appointment for insurance purposes this amounts to $13 a minute i will add that if you have any interaction them, they or their representative's do understand payment options using current electronic/computerized systems, like Zoelle or simple BillPay"
