I would have rather paid the original amount and had the original work done to get the guarantee of fix, but was told the caulking was all that was needed to fix the problem. I agreed to pay $600 to make the whole thing go away, which is far, far too much money for the work that was done. Now, It's been 3 weeks since the work has been done. Got a good rainstorm today...and the windows still leak. No guarantee, paid a ton of money, and right back where I started originally. I guess I learned a very, very expensive lesson."

He never has responded to either text. I sent email to the company as a response to their office manager, she never responded. On Friday, I sent emails to company both vial gmail and via Angi messaging, no response as of Saturday at 2:30 PM. I can't call, as my business is often in a very loud enviornment and hard to talk. They literally ghosted me and haven't have the most basic level of service to even contact me to say they are too busy for new jobs, or they aren't going to make enough on this job and it's not worth their time, or any other reason. They just vanished. I would never, and have never, treated my clients this way."
