I contacted Preferred Choice Restoration after discovering my water heater had blown while I was away. The standing water had caused damage to baseboards, floors and cabinetry. It was a mess! I received a call-back immediately from one of the owners who assured me everything would be fine and that he could have a tech out to assess the damage within the hour. The Technician arrived early, was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Preferred Choice Restoration!

My entire experience with Preferred Choice Restoration was great (with exception of the circumstances)! Excellent interaction beginning with my first contact with them, and steady, open communication throughout the duration of my project. They also had an open line of communication with my adjuster, which lightened the burden on me. Circumstances aside, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to work with Prefered Choice!
