They were knowledgeable and friendly. The carpet looks great. It took longer to dry than expected but the final job was great. They also cleaned a loveseat and some area rugs. Great job!

I was very pleased with both Fransisco and Santiago's work. They kept me aware of the time of arrival and worked very quickly. The results were WONDERFUL !! I would recommend them whether you have a small or large amount of carpet. I also had a couple of large stains and they got rid of them easily 5 stars all around!!

Tech, Francisco, and owner, Jeff came out, carefully moved and replaced very heavy LR Sectional pieces to access entire area and placed pressure pads under each piece when finished for rust-free drying. There was a very nominal fee for this. Everything about this service was top notch, done with care and both were ultra-friendly, taking utmost care to meet my new owner specifications. Stain Removal Miracle: I had some stubborn stain on my carpet that I thought would never come out.
