The only problem was that he told me it only needed overnight to dry. I think it needed longer. This made it so there were some tarry spots and my tire picked up a large bit of the sealer on my tire. It took a while to get it off. He came back to fix it which I appreciated and the lot even looks better then it did. The price they gave was exceptional-and very competitive, I would have him back to do it again with the sticky problem with my car. Also, our parking lot had been neglected for too long and may be part of the problem with the sticky stuff.
