"First we had the patios stained.  Aaron arrived promptly with his crew.  The wood looked beautiful.  I plan to add pictures soon.  The wood was completely coated and we feel confident it will last for several years.  Once the patios were completed the house was painted.  We also have a stucco storage building separate from our home.  We asked Arron to pick up two sample colors.  He did not want to pick the color for us but he did advise which color he thought would look best with the trim color we chose.   We appreciated his advise because the job came out beautiful.  We noticed a spot that we thought needed attention.  He returned the next day and even though the issue was not included in the cost he took action with no charge.

The only problem was that he told me it only needed overnight to dry. I think it needed longer. This made it so there were some tarry spots and my tire picked up a large bit of the sealer on my tire. It took a while to get it off. He came back to fix it which I appreciated and the lot even looks better then it did. The price they gave was exceptional-and very competitive, I would have him back to do it again with the sticky problem with my car. Also, our parking lot had been neglected for too long and may be part of the problem with the sticky stuff. I again would recommend John highly-he is a hard worker, honest and straightforward business man!"
