David Odell provided me two quotes so I could choose what work I wanted to go forward with based on my budget for the project. I wound up approving all of the work and stayed within my budget. Communication was great throughout grading. Setting forms, pouring, finishing and more. David’s and his highly skilled crew delivered. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the concrete work. David Odell was on schedule to provide me an estimate for an addition to my parking area, driveway widening, and walkway concrete. The work was carried out to the highest professional standard and communication throughout the project was excellent. We are really happy with the finished product. On top of all that, I requested two quotes for different scales of the project and was able to get all of the work done within my budget after approving both quotes. The brick foundation was removed and replaced with a two tone grey stamped concrete pad. Great care was taken when moving our concrete fire pit and benches as to not damage them. Everything went very well, in fact fabulously!

David Odell was on vacation when I had called, however his son, Tim, offered to come and take a look at my situation. I sent him some pictures and he gave me a quote. He came in a timely manner, prepared, and did an excellent job! I will definitely keep their phone number!

So so. Joints were cut instead of being tooled. It's not like you can go back and do it differently. We had back and forth discussion because there wasn't enough rebar and the cap was not as wide as on the plans. The drains were not followed as planned because he did it the easy way. I would not recommend this person.

They were excellent. ?I would recommend them. ?We did have to pay a little bit extra because the amount of concrete we needed was a little bit more. ?The square footage was more. ?I thought the extra amount was reasonable and the work was great. ?They cleaned up the area. And they called back to check and make sure everything was okay.

David was prompt, courteous and very professional. He was very careful about ensuring that our fish pond was protected. He left the work site very clean - was careful to remove the concrete spray from the fences, walls and patio doors. He stamped and stained a new patio and it is just beautiful. It looks just like I hoped it would. He sealed it with a non-slip surface and we can walk on it even when wet. We love it and would not hesitate to recommend or use again! Thanks, David

We like to communicate with a new vendor through Angie's List because there is accountability. When we were asked to phone instead, we weren't quite sure. This ended up being a very smooth and good experience. Day One (May 31st) Dave and his son came to remove and sand broken concrete. Day Two (June 1st) we had a tree service remove the tree which was causing the concrete to lift and break. Day Three, (June 2nd) Dave was back with his son Tim and poured the new concrete. They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and sanded as many of the areas as feasible to offer optimum pricing. We would use Odell again and recommend them to others.

I have used this contractor twice and the work rates a "C" overall. The
work of pouring and shaping concrete is only one part of a job, and at
that part they do ok and would probably rate an "A" for that part but
the other part of a job is leave a clean work area just as one finds it.
In that part of the job this company receives a "D-" at best hence the
overall "C" rating. Leaving a mess on the yard and killing a portion of
it with the concrete tailings is not really acceptable. As well,
staining previous concrete work - done by this own company no less! - is
not acceptable either. Last, showing up on the wrong day and working
when the owner of the house is not around - without prior approval - is
not acceptable. I would like to give them a higher rating but as I
stated - pouring an shaping concrete is only one part of the job.

David showed up on time each morning. His crew did a great job. He was willing to add some detail on my back patio that was previously not negotiated and it looks great! He also took this job when others felt it was too small to do and on top of that, he gave us a fair price. Thank you David and crew. I would highly recommend Odell complete concrete.

I found their company highly rated and they did not disappoint. Their pricing was very fair and they did great work. They came out and demoed a large driveway and approach. After doing the proper re-bar, they had the concrete poured and finished perfectly. They completed the project early and for the price quoted. They were very efficient and cleaned up everything. The work came out great.

Needed to fix a trip hazard on the concrete walkway. Initially thought I could get someone to grind down the high side. After looking at the photo more closely David determined that it would be best to build up the low side. He was done in less than half an hour. The work looks great and the walkway is much safer now.
