"I highly recommend Jeff Bell for a complete home renovation. Jeff and his team did an outstanding job transforming the entire home from top to bottom. The renovation included plumbing, electrical, a complete roof replacement, flooring, recessed lighting, new windows, and numerous other upgrades throughout the house. Jeff also helped me get a great deal on a complete set of brand-new appliances, which added even more value to the project. One of the things I appreciated most was Jeff’s communication. He stayed in direct contact with me throughout the entire renovation and provided weekly updates on the progress of the project. That level of communication gave me confidence that everything was being handled properly and kept me informed every step of the way. "Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."

"Fantastic. David built our home and went over and beyond. He has a good vision and suggested things we never would have thought of. We love his work and have had him back for a few other projects. We had him extend and enclose our existing patio. Built a free standing Pavillion where we have our Gas Barbecue, Pellet Smoker, and TV. He built this to match the house. He built us a shed that also matches our house. He also landscaped our backyard with putting green and horseshoe pit. Our most recent project was cement which was a driveway from curb down the side of our house. (1920 Sq feet). He stands behind his work."
