Ryan the Painter is very thorough and is very particular about the little details and that's what makes a house look exceptional when the job is done. I am extremely pleased on this portion of the job. The stucco work is much better than expected and soon the last part of the job will be done. I am having Curb Appeal put a "cool deck" coating on the front porch. I'll update my review when the entire job is done. This is a really good company and I hope they get more business from my review because I am very particular about getting value and quality for the money I spend and I can tell all of Lake Havasu City that this is a top notch company that does a phenomenal job. "Billy responded to my request for a quote the same day I entered my information in Angi. He came the next day, gave me a reasonable quote and told me what all work his crew would do. I immediately hired him. Although he gave me a date they could do the work, he later called and said they could do it much sooner, if that was OK with us. I cannot say enough good about Billy and his entire crew. They are professional, efficient, friendly, clean up after themselves and are very courteous. They even covered my son's classic truck, which was near the path to get the cement from the truck to our back yard, so nothing would damage it. Any concrete work I will ever need, will be done by Ability Concrete; and I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone who wants a perfect job at a very reasonable price. They are winners!!!"
