I am writing my second review as the work is 2/3 done. The quality is excellent and the value is phenomenal. Ryan the Painter is very thorough and is very particular about the little details and that's what makes a house look exceptional when the job is done. I am extremely pleased on this portion of the job. The stucco work is much better than expected and soon the last part of the job will be done. I am having Curb Appeal put a "cool deck" coating on the front porch. I'll update my review when the entire job is done. This is a really good company and I hope they get more business from my review because I am very particular about getting value and quality for the money I spend and I can tell all of Lake Havasu City that this is a top notch company that does a phenomenal job. I couldn't be more pleased. Please read my final review when the job is done.

I had my house painted both inside and out. The work is perfect, not one flaw. I have an older home with custom window coverings and ceiling fans, which are all old and fragile. Nothing was damaged. The care is quite extraordinary. It is hard to find. I love the work, it is beautiful. I was also impressed with the responsiveness. I asked a question over the weekend in an email and I received an answer immediately.

They were very reasonable. They were quick, they were good. They cleaned up their mess and very friendly and very professional.

The project started promptly on Monday morning, as expected.  Mark used contractors at the location to get the work done, but checked in frequently to ensure the job was going as planned.  He had a day where the contractors were not doing as expected, and I heard him managing the contractors to get them straight on what was expected- He runs a tight ship!  
The project took a little over a week, contractors were on time and courteous.
We also had some Drywall repair done on the patio, it matches and I am happy with it.
Mark checked in after work was completed to ensure satisfaction and took care of a couple of items my husband wanted fixed.
The front and back porch look amazing!  I am very happy with the new look.  Thanks Mark!
