"I hesitated to ever do this review because it was so long ago! But AL keeps sending me requests for review and since I think this is what we go on Angie's List for - to determine who is reliable, professional or not I decided to do this review! They were very nice people, they did a good job in cleaning out chimney and not making a mess. So I also had them do my dryer vent which exhausts up and out through a vent on my flat roof . I thought it would be simple to accomplish! However, he pulled the vent cover off.. instead of trying to find a way to unscrew or ???? and when he did so, he ripped it out of its mooring and cannot be put back on properly. and since I had foam and elastomeric roof coating this was ripped out of that coating and left a big gash of open foaming! Next time it rained... leaked into the ceiling of bedroom below this. I had stated when he was doing it... you can't pull that off there it is imbedded in the roofing! So I feel that this was not a very professional decision on his part to see this was going to be and then chose to pull that off there and thereby create the leak issue!"

"The only positive interaction was when the scaffolding crew started their prep work. Lath crew is fast at putting up house wrap incorrectly (against code and manufacturer directions) and covering it up quickly with EPS. Lath was installed hastily, with no regard for building codes, and against owner directions. Crew rarely shows up, promises to return to fix blatant issues, and inconsistently returns to continue lath installation on other areas. The owner or site supervisor is defensive and doesn’t believe in house wrap. Poor management, false promises, and appalling workmanship is the best Eddie and Sons could provide on our project."

"highly recommend staying away from Arizona Fireplaces. We just spent $5k on a fireplace that we can not use because it blew the breaker. We were never told that we would need a dedicated wall outlet. Just had Hobaica come out and to do this work it will be an additional $1500. We are beyond upset and displeased. "I was very impressed with George and the father/son team at MagCor. I asked for a quote on some exterior work and George was prompt and thorough in his response. He walked me through the sequence of the repairs and delivered on every aspect of the project. The quality of his work was outstanding. I appreciated his flexibility in scheduling, and his reliability. When the project was completed, George took the initiative to repair and touch up some other parts of the exterior of our home that needed attention. Why? Because he had extra material and paint and didn't want it to go waste. He made several trips to a local paint store to be sure the paint color matched, according to our HOA's standards. He went above and beyond what I even asked for or expected. A true professional!"

"I purchased a new AC from Wolff Mechanical three months ago. Since the install there have been nine call backs to my home to repair issues. Wolff Mechanical as a company has been extremely helpful with coming back to correct each and every issue. My disappointment is I purchased an $11k unit and I feel I have a lemon. I believe as a company they should have done more to compensate me after nine call backs in a three month time frame. The issues between poor install and mechanical issues with the actual unit have been non stop. I would never recommend the company due to my personal experience."

"I got one of those deals on Angie’s List for roof maintenance. I got a response in less than 24 hrs. Jesus showed up on time. He assessed the problem and showed me pictures. It was pretty much what I expected: a leak around the solar panels. He checked the rest of the roof as well. Jesus fixed the problem area without any additional charges. He was very thorough and professional. I’d recommend him to any of my friends."
