"Promised Land Electric did a great job installing these remote controlled ceiling fans in my home. Customer service was impeccable. Would definitely hire again."

"Scheduled on Saturday with Amy of C2 Moving for a Sunday 9:00am pick up of removeral of a couch, love seat and 32 inch tube TV. (But was later able to give away the working TV), so only needed the couch and love seat removed. At 8:50am on Sunday morning, got a call from Charles of C2 Moving saying very sorry, they are running 30 minutes late. I said not to worry, that's ok. I just pulled the stuff out to be close to the door to help, and by 10:00am I saw the truck outside. Two men arrived, and Charles the driver said he was so very sorry for the delay, again I said no worries. They worked fast, and were very professional, and with in minutes were out the door. I was happy to have the old couches gone, as I had just gotten my new couch and love seat the day before. Signed the papers, and enjoyed my day....."

"The first tech could not do the job due to an extreme allergy to my cats. So the 2nd tech from Church Services was dispatched, he arrived the next day. (NOTE: I had expressed urgency because the circuit was on the refrigerator. Physically I could not move the refrigerator in order to plug in a temporary extension cord) The short was located & receptacle replaced.NOW comes the issue: It was my understanding that "Service Call Fee" of $45 was what I was expected to pay and because I have the Total Plan, I would NOT responsible for any additional fees ( "If we can't repair it, we'll replace it" from CHW TV ad). The tech insisted (rather condescendingly) that I pay additional $ for the work performed. He did not give me a receipt. When I asked for one, he said he would send by e-mail, He didn't. I tried to call the 24/7 phone number ...NO ONE ANSWERED."

"My problem started with a roof leak during the most recent rain storm.  I called Patriot Roofing; and they sent a Sales Associate to me.  Patriot's Sales Associate inspected my roof from the outside and from the attic to find exactly where the water leak was coming from.  Patriot's Sales Associate then took measurements and said that he would be in touch with me to give me an estimate for repairs.  The next day I was contacted by Patriot's Sales Associate.  He had prepaired an estimate for me and would like to go over it with me.  We met at my place that evening.  Upon agreement of estimate price;  my roof repair was scheduled.  On the day of my roof repair; Patriots crew showed up on time and got right to work.  The first day on my roof they removed old tile and stacked it all nicely in different places on my roof to help distribute the extra weight added to slopes not being repaired.  They also removed bad felt paper and installed new felt paper and what they call furring strips to help keep tile in place.  The second day Patriot's crew showed up and reinstalled all my tiles back into position.  Once the crew was done I gave my payment to the Sales Associate."

"Jeff came on time and installed the memory I needed on two computers. He then stayed to check various settings to make sure that everything on the software side was working as fast as possible. His prices were great as well. Hire this guy. You'll be glad you did."
