We had a whole house water filter & softener installed, along with an undersink RO connected to our refrigerator. Michael and Joey did the install. It wasn't an easy install to do, but they were creative and figured out how best to make it work. The work itself is top notch. They were polite, professional, and answered all of my questions clearly. They tolerated my dog bothering them, and cleaned up nicely after their work. I have just had the installation done, and will likely follow up with another review after we've been using it for a while. (I know one of the common complaints is lock into the company for supplies, but I also understand that is part of the reason they can boast high quality.) Overall, I am quite pleased we decided to go with them."
