They are extremely good, and they try to make the price really reasonable depending on the clients warranties they have on parts. They cater to the client, and help them in every way possible. We've been clients of theirs for 22 years, and they've been in business for 25 years.

The services were performed as the 3A Automotive committed to.  The work was done promptly. So far, there have been no problems related to the work that was performed.  I will use them again.

Great service, work and value. Replaced fan clutch on 2006 Nissan Armada. They were fast, courteous and fair. They also talked me through a couple of other issues to help me decide they are not necessary fixes at this time. Definitely going back.

I let them know that my ABS light is on and was told they will check it.  They asked if I used full synthetic oil and I said yes.  The personnel said that is about $4/quart extra (verbal only) and I said yes I would prefer the full synthetic.  I was charged $8.95 per gallon for the oil so the $29.95 special became a $61.87 charge with full synthetic oil rather than regular motor oil.  Admittedly, I did not bring this to their attention during checkout and I noticed this only when I reviewed the receipt later on before I drove off, so some of the fault could reasonably be mine for not pointing it out.  
They were not able to tell me why the ABS light was on nor could they tell me if my ABS is functioning or not.  They said the computer read so many codes and that they need time to diagnose the problem and for me to come back for another visit.  In short, the 65 point inspection did not yield a diagnosis of why my ABS lights were on.
The people were friendly and courteous.  The personnel stated that my CV boot is bypassing boot clamp 3A which they will continue to monitor and does not need to be repaired at this time (so no pushing for work that they felt is not needed).  The car was cleaned after service.  The waiting area was small but decent.  
Based on the situation, I rated them the way I did.  I will use them again and hope that the experience will merit a higher grade.

Excellent!!  I have complete trust in this company and the work they perform.  They needed to keep my car for 2 days to complete the repairs - which I had no problem with.  They shuttled me home and picked me up when my car was ready.  As always, a top class operation from start to finish!!!

I will always use 3A because they are very helpful and so nice to people. They always do good work. They are very honest as well.

Just weeks after we bought a used pick-up, the check engine light came on. I went to Angie's List to look for a good, reliable mechanic. I picked 3A Automotive and was not disappointed. These guys were amazing. We got an immediate appointment, they did a complete diagnostic on our truck and did several needed repairs. They also told us what did NOT need to be done. They were reliable, on time and honest. The work was done as promised, and our used truck is running like new. We are thrilled to have found a great auto shop for our vehicles. I would highly recommend them.

This was my first time at 3A Automotive and it was a MOST positive experience.  Adrian, the Service Manager, was personable and professional.  After car was inspected and serviced, Adrian went over the completed work along with several items found to need further attention.  He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions.  No high pressure tactics to have all work done immediately. I am impressed with the great customer service, timeliness of service, and the follow-up note & coupon that I received in the mail several days after being there.  3A Automotive is definitely my new vehicle service company!!

Excellent!!  From the minute I walked in the door until I drove off the lot, it was a top class operation.  I arrived without an appointment but my car was immediately brought into the service bay.  After the initial evaluation of my brakes, I was over to my car to be shown the problem with the mechanic there and was given the price estimate.  The wait time would be a little over an hour which was very reasonable and they stuck to that timeframe.  After they completed the brakes (and I added an oil change), the mechanic and the owner took the car for 2 separate test drives.  They then washed the card.  Outstanding service!!!

Now works like new!

The service advisor was friendly and knowledgable. My car was taken by the mechanic who performed the work. All work was completed in a timely fashion.I waited in the clean and comfortable showroom for my repairs to be completed.They had to send out for the new air filter and there was some delay in the delivery, but I was home 1 1/2 hours after I arrived.

The testing went well. The mechanics sited 3 areas of need in my vehicle.  I was impressed by the company's professionalism and courtesy.  I plan to return to have them work on my vehicle.

They didn’t rip me off. They were straightforward and honest. It was pretty quick.

I used the drop off service...went to the facility and they gave me a ride back to my house.  Once the car was done they picked me up, really easy and convenient service!

It was good. They notified me that the car wasnt worthing investing more parts and mony into. They are a very honest company. The staff are very knowledgable and courteous. They are very flexible and make sure to take care of the customer's needs.

They were very professional and explained everything very well. The price was just higher than most.

HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!~ They have been angels, worked with me over a few months as i went back east to work for sister to make repair money. Excellent communications, prompt, polite, researched and tested alternatives...a great shop and a great caring professional knowledgeable group of employees!!! Car has been running awesome:)

I took the Acura in to 3A Automotive in the morning.  A couple hours later, Adrian called to say that the oil change was complete, but that he had concerns about both the transmission flush service and the wear on the timing belt.  After discussion we agreed to conduct both services.  Adrian estimated a cost (including a 10 percent discount) and estimated the work would be completed mid afternoon the next day.  About mid-day, I had occasion to stop by the shop to check on the status of the car.  Adrian said that he had forgotten to order a part that should be replaced when the timing belt was replaced, and that he had then ordered it, but would not charge me for the part.  The car was finished a couple hours after they had estimated.  When I went in to pay and pick up the car, Adrian said everything went well, and the car was ready.  However, he said that the service techs had run into a problem with one of their two transmission flush units half way through the process.  They had changed to the other unit and completed the transmission flush.  Adrian said, though, he wanted to make positively sure the job was done correctly and asked that I bring the car back to have the flush process redone at my convenience and at no charge.
I point out all of this because I appreciate the transparency and follow-through that the personnel at 3A Automotive always provide.  If any mistake is made, they make it right for the customer.  That is a trait not found with a lot of service providers.  3A Automotive people continue to be professional, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean and helpful.  I have rarely found fault with their service, and the time I did, they quickly made the necessary fix.  They have my business for both of our cars, and I will recommend them to friends and family who need quality, professional automotive service.

Since I've had this car serviced with 3A, I have been so pleased with their professionalism and have been very satisfied with the vehicle performance.

I know that when 3A does a repair, it will be done at the highest level of excellence.  They go out of their way to explain problems and the ramifications of doing or delaying a repair.
