"We did get several estimates and felt his price was in line with others we talked to. His work was well done and he was a considerate contractor trying his best to keep the mess down which is difficult to do when installing and finishing drywall. Overall it did take a bit longer than he expected but he worked around our schedule so we have no complaints at all. Our ceilings look great and we would hire him again in a heartbeat."

You can paint over old paint on a concrete porch. For the best results, you should first clean the surface and remove as much paint as you can. Liquid rubber is great for waterproofing, but it can damage your deck if it’s not applied correctly. First, it can trap moisture in the wood if the deck isn’t completely dry before application.  Second, applying it too thickly can create a heavy, rubbery surface layer that peels and cracks under fluctuating temperatures. For the best results, ensure the wood is completely dry before application, and apply the liquid rubber in thin, even coats. A quick inspection every now and then will help you catch any issues early, keeping your deck protected and looking its best.

It's okay to walk on a newly painted deck after about four to six hours as long as the weather has been dry. Be sure to wait at least 24 hours before you place any outdoor furniture or grills on a freshly painted deck, though.
