"All the work was done beautifully and in a timely manner. All flooring was removed and new porcelain tile was installed, the whole house was painted and retrimmed. Total kitchen remodel, new cabinets, countertops, backsplash and installation of appliances. New lighting throughout. We are going to work on the bathrooms this fall and we definitely want them to do it. Floyd and his wife Sue went above and beyond to get our project done in a professional and timely manner. "They were going to charge for part of the estimate and so I decided not to use them because of that. The estimate was pretty high. I had the job done and it was probably almost half the price they were going to charge but they were local contractors through a realtor company that I deal with. The sounded like they knew what they were doing, it sounded like they would have done the job pretty nicely but the were rather high plus hey were going to charge for giving me a proper estimate. They couldn't give me a proper estimate because I wouldn't pay the fee for the estimate. It was about 8 to $900."
