**Mention that you found us through Angie's List and get $100 off a job of $1000 or more!** Southwest Coating Solutions has been in business for over 20 years. Excellent history with BBB. Triple AAA rating. Flawless record with the ROC. Same industrial grade materials used on Residential as well as commercial projects. All work is done in house, never subbed out! Mastercard and Visa accepted. We are a dual license holder commercial and residential.
"I am a material manufacturer and supplier. My company is Ultra Concrete Coatings, LLC. I hired Josh Scott as a salesman prior to him owning this company. In February 2017 Josh sold a $1685.40 order of our concrete sealer to his father, Rodney Scott (Concrete Resurfacing Systems) in California. This order was paid for, at the time of shipment, with a credit card. Happy with the product, Josh placed a second order of the exact same sealer in April 2017. This second order was for almost three times the quantity at $4779.41. This time Josh and his father asked for a couple days to pay for it as they were expecting a down payment on a job. We accommodated their request. They received the order but after numerous calls, emails and past due notifications in the mail they wouldn't pay. The excuses not to pay were from not getting paid for the job the sealer was used on to being a victim of tax fraud to other ridiculous excuses. Finally in July 2017 we received a $1000.00 check toward the $4779.41 invoice. Since then they have ignored all requests for payment of the balance. During this entire time I have offered to pick up the sealer and provide a 100% credit upon return. This offer to return the sealer is still available but they continue to ignore us. Also, during Josh's employment with us, he requested and received over $1500.00 in product to give as free samples to potential new customers. Josh never gave any of the product as samples instead using it for jobs he did on the side to supplement his income. I don't normally write reviews for companies but I feel it is important that potential customers of Southwest Coating Solutions know the type of people they may be doing business with. Thank you for your time."

"I got one of those deals on Angie’s List for roof maintenance. I got a response in less than 24 hrs. Jesus showed up on time. He assessed the problem and showed me pictures. It was pretty much what I expected: a leak around the solar panels. He checked the rest of the roof as well. Jesus fixed the problem area without any additional charges. He was very thorough and professional. I’d recommend him to any of my friends."

General building contractor specializing in energy efficient vinyl windows and doors, vinyl siding, kitchen cabinet refacing (Arizona and New Mexico Only), patio covers, textured exterior coating, Bath Planet tub to shower transformations and walk-in Tubs.
"Company representative came to house on 10/31/18, gave an estimate and description of work, I made a downpayment of $5463.38. Told custom-made parts would be available to installation first week of December, 2018. Installer called and began installation on 12/15/18; he told me door measurements submitted were too small; BathPlanet agreed to install Fold-Down chrome teakwood seat on rear shower wall at no additional charge. Also unexpected damage to bathroom floor would have to be fixed. He finished installation on 12/18/18, I paid the balance and he said he would return to install the seat when it arrived. Installer called 1/12/19 to see if we had been notified by BathPlanet of chair's arrival, since his inquiries were not answered. I called BP to speak to Mike Ritz on 1/14/19, who handles scheduling of installations; was told he was no longer with BP and that Phil would call me about this. But when I called Phil on 1/15/19 I was told he was not incharge, but Chad was and would call me. When he didn't return my call I called him on 1/17/17 and he would call me on 1/23/19 when he returned from out of town. Chad called on 1/23/19, knew nothing about all this, requested pictures of stall and floor, and said he would call me by 1/25/18. When I had not heard from him I called on 1/30/19 and was told shower seat had arrived, but they had not yet decided what to do about the bathroom floor damage and they would delay chair installation until they did, Called Chad on 2/5/19 and was told he was out of town. Called him again on 2/7/19, said he would contact installer of chair and agreed to split cost of floor repair and would call back the end of the day to finalize this. I have heard nothing since"

Yes, installing a patio will usually improve home value, as outdoor entertainment areas are usually quite desirable and make your home more visually appealing. A paver patio usually comes with an impressive ROI of around 80%, while concrete patios should fall between 60% and 70%. Paver patios are considered more desirable and valuable because most home buyers prefer how they look, and they won’t raise your property taxes as a permanent concrete patio would.
Most professionals will take two to three weeks to install a patio and return your yard to its previous condition. The timeline for your patio installation will depend on several factors, though, including landscaping features your installer needs to navigate around, the type of patio you’re having installed, and how long any add-ons, like outdoor kitchens, take to complete. The size of your patio will also play a role in how long it takes, so plan to keep pets and children out of your yard for longer if you’re installing an oversized patio.
The average cost of a paver patio is around $3,800 for a standard, 280-square-foot patio, but prices commonly range from $2,400 up to $7,000, depending on the size, the type of paver you choose, and any add-ons you opt for. The design and shape of your patio can also increase labor costs if your patio installer needs to cut curves in pavers or spend time arranging them in a specific pattern. Some additional costs to consider include site preparation and excavation, as well as additional materials, like concrete, crushed gravel, and drainage equipment.
Some types of patios—usually those that require a concrete foundation—will need permits, while others—like paver patios, which aren’t considered permanent additions—generally do not. However, there are exceptions based on the size of your patio and where you live. We recommend having a professional patio installer determine whether you need permits. Your installer will also be able to pull permits for you, saving you time and energy.
