"My mother has been ignored by Tom & Jason Booth as well as a gentleman named Grayson. We had a bad storm months ago and one of the beams came completely off (screws were not secured) and they keep telling her oh we will come fix it and then go silent! Called numerous times and no answer to reply. Honor your warranty and help my mother out!! Will never buy from them again even after suggesting to all my friends. I’ll be calling my friends to take back statements as these guys don’t care about their customers the way we thought they did."

"**Complaint Summary:** Poor Quality Work and Unresponsive Service from Arrowhead Deck and Pools - DO NOT DO BUSINESS with THIS COMPANY! **Complaint Details:** We hired Arrowhead Deck and Pools to resurface our kool deck for over $9,500, expecting a high-quality, long-lasting result. However, within months, a large chunk of concrete was missing, and cracks appeared all over the deck. When we finally got a response after over seven months, their "fix" was to fill the cracks with caulk and paint over them, leaving the deck looking old and patchy. Additionally, our calls to owner John Trice have gone unanswered, and we have been unable to properly communicate with their contractor due to a language barrier. This company uses contractors whom do not speak English so beware! The promised project manager was only present once to collect payment. Furthermore, the drainage issues we were assured would be resolved with wider and additional drains have not been fixed, as water still pools on the deck. Every time we look at our deck we are disappointed makes us sick that we spent this much money on a horrible deck that has all sorts of issues. Horrible customer service! Save yourself lots of headaches do not use Arrowhead Deck & Pools!! Our experience with Arrowhead Deck and Pools has been extremely disappointing, and we urge others to avoid using their services."

"Terrific. Bill is a pleasant man who is meticulous in his work. He took his time and made sure everything was working properly and to my satisfaction. My old door works like new! He explained how to maintain it, a vacuum once in a while and no oily lubricants ever. I am very happy with his work. He charged the quoted price which was really reasonable. "Tommy came out and gave us a quote. He was very personable straightforward and friendly. He pointed out some things that he would recommend doing that we hadn't considered. We had to wait for HOA approval and were expecting to wait several months once it got approved to start. They started within a few weeks! The painters came out on Tuesday to wash, tape, patch stucco and prep the wood. They were finished on Thursday. They do a very thorough job. Alex came and did a final walkthrough to make sure that we were happy. He pointed out several things that he felt would look better. Then they did it. They stuck with their original price quoted. He left us with paint in case we needed it and did several layers on areas that typically have issues from the heat. This is a company that cares about their reputation and they do a high quality job to maintain that reputation."

"Excellent!!! I live in Tucson. Despite the business being in Chandler, the owner's son came out on Sunday (he visits Tucson 2x month) and replaced the rollers, installed a new track, ground the top track to compensate for the new track, all in about an hours' time. He showed-up ahead of schedule, was very polite and friendly. Their rates are very reasonable for the excellent service they provide. Don't hesitate to call just because they're in Chandler. They've serviced doors all the way to Sierra Vista! This is a family-run company whose service and prices are far superior to any corporate company."
