Result is a beautiful new deck that is exponentially stronger and more attractive than our old one. These folks have the tools and expertise needed. McFadden Construction LLCBen McFadden took on the very difficult job of rebuilding the structure on my large deck. He replaced 6 large box columns, glue lam rim joists and numerous 2 X 10 joists. He did an excellent job. He also replaced my roof. Over 50 squares and much of it on 12 / 12 pitch. Not an easy job. Couldnt be happier with McFadden Construction.- Steve R.

Arizona General Construction Company LLCEric Tinney (owner AZ General Construction Company) has been the best contractor that i have ever worked with and I have worked with a several. We had huge ideas for our home to beautify it with a new roof line, gable, fascia boards (entire roof-line), redwood deck & Trex, new front door with side windows, elimination of an extra front door and a new bedroom door. Work included complete stone work along entire front and new pillars and new gable, stucco work and blending, sheet rock interior repair and blending, electric lighting and switches (new exterior light configuration.) Eric obtained the city permits (Prescott) and blueprints for the entire project and aced all the city inspections. The inspectors were impressed with his carpentry (it was an easy sign off.) Eric enlisted experts in the area of stone mason, sheet rock, building plans/design and stucco. It was wonderful having experts in the specific areas do all the work. His carpentry work was amazing. We were blown away by the outcome - he exceeded our expectations in all areas. His prices were always reasonable and he always had a solution to any problem that might arise. I cannot recommend Eric highly enough. I miss having him around and will have him back to do our kitchen.- Chris O.

Rosey ConstructionThey did an excellent job, with superb craftsmanship, & we were extremely satisfied with the finished covered patio. The contractor gave us a bid & complied with the agreed price completely. They were on the job on time, & many times came early & stayed later to complete a specific stage in the construction. If there were any changes during the construction, he would come over to our home & discuss them with us in advance. Can't say enough about Grant and New Life Landscapes. From start to finish, everything was impeccable. When we first had Grant over for an estimate, he was attentive, provided some design ideas, and even offered suggestions on how to save some money. Not many companies would offer that. They came in much less than other bids I received, but their work did not reflect it. They were booked, so our project started about a month after our initial meeting, but they started on the date they said they would and completed on time. The crew assigned to our project were professional, friendly, and hard working. Grant even met with us to help pick out our plants/shrubs for our yard and provided info on which plants grow best and how they ultimately would look. Fantastic owner and company that went above and beyond. I've recommended them to all my neighbors and will definitely use them should I ever require landscaping in the future.

No one called us to cancel or change the time and we waited half a day. When we called him his excuse was they tried to call but that was clearly untrue.
