"The lights look great. Installation seemed to go well until I turned on the irrigation system. There were 3 huge leaks from the digging, that they didn't tell me about. My husband and I had to repair them over a very hot weekend. I give kuddos to the company though. When I called Monday to tell them about the leaks, we came to an agreement and the company reimbursed us for our work of the repair. They were nice about it. He said they had people on call and I could've called over the weekend, but I didn't think landscaping companys had people on call."

"Mike from B & R came out and made suggestions that he thought would really look good without costing a lot of money.  He is real easy to work with and didn't try to increase the scope of the project to increase the cost.  
His crew arrived on time on the scheduled day and completely transformed the appearance of our yard for a very reasonable cost.  They fixed the irrigation system, planted new flowers and bushes, installed redwood privacy screens along the side fences, hauled in rock and cleaned up the rest of the front and side yards. Everything was completed professionally and done the right way.  We needed some parts for the irrigation system but Mike had the stuff right on the truck so there was no hassle with trying to find parts, etc.
One thing that we really liked was the good communication.  Mike would call everyday of the project and let us know what was going on and make sure that he was doing exactly what we wanted.  We had to wait on one part of the project because of strong winds but his crew came back and finished the project on the date and time promised.
Overall, I give B & R an A+ and would highly recommend to anyone needing landscape work.

"Luis and his crew did an amazing job on our yard! They removed 43-year-old railroad ties and all of the decorative rock in the front and back yards. They built masonry planter boxes and steps in the backyard, and a masonry planter box in the front yard. They ran irrigation through the planter box in the backyard and installed outdoor lighting in both the front and back yards. I wanted a more modern look to go with the 1970’s architecture and Luis listened and made welcome suggestions. We’re beyond pleased with the results and give Luis and his crew our highest recommendation!"

"Matt and Luis are the best! I requested a quote on a Saturday night. They were at my house on Sunday, came up with fabulous design ideas and began work on Monday! They always had at least 3 guys working and finished in less than 8 days. They designed the entire backyard, added turf, lighting, a large paver patio for a pergola and a paver path around the side of the house. We picked out our plants and they finished up! I highly recommend them. They were super friendly, professional and the paver work was performed in a very exacting manner. Initially I didnt really know what I wanted, but after explaining our style, Matt just ran with it.....homerun!"

"They did not give me an itemized list of how much the switch cost. I had asked them I believe to try to fix light switch on my porch. It did not work after they fixed it. Lennie seemed to be in a bad mood that day but that's very subjective. He was still business like but he seemed to be in a bad mood and I felt dismissed when I pointed out that I had asked for a proper switch. He came once and accessed the situation and came back and replaced the switch and I had asked for a specific kind of switch and I pointed out that this was not that kind and he was very dismissive. I didn't feel as if he had made a good explanation of why he was giving a different switch. I found the average price is expensive for electricians."
