"I waited 4 weeks for them to come down for a Generator install estimate. 8/21/23 and they were a no show...no call, no nothing. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't hire them to change a light bulb. And NO MR. ELECTRIC.....my appointment was scheduled for the MORNING and I kept the email that says that. If you'd like to see it.....send me your email and I'll forward it to you. There was NO confusion on my part. It was YOUR company that dropped the ball. Prompt, efficient, extremely knowledgeable. Also removed the hard drive from the old model to remove content before disposing of the entire old laptop. Full service! Very reasonable price .
