They expected nothing as far as a charge for coming out but I was going to give them some money for just coming out just because they were honest. Turns out they found out the cause of the stain on my ceiling even though it was not critters, It was a leak and they fixed it and charged very little for it. I gave them a big tip because they were so helpful. Plus they are helping me with other handyman projects. I think they are jacks of many trades and very good at their original business.
