"Did not show up as scheduled. Had to reschedule. All the windows did look really good except two small windows upstairs, where the sun light comes in about 9-11 a.m. The windows looked liked the guy just wiped his rag across them a few times, all streaked up. Had to have him come back again. Looked better, but still streaky."

"I would highly recommend this company. They did a fantastic job on my windows that had horrible hard water deposits on them. They did the same for the shower door. Great communication. They didn't quit until the job was done right."

"Came on time. Completed outside windows first, then the inside. Were careful with the landscape. They moved some furniture to do the inside windows. Excellent job."

Window Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Generally speaking, you should clean your windows and any associated fixtures and treatments every six months. Otherwise, clean them as needed to keep everything running smoothly. If you live in a part of the country with especially hard water, you may have to clean them three or four times per year, and the same goes for areas where insects, pollen, dirt, and other debris can soil your windows and potentially cause issues with the moving parts.

Distilled white vinegar removes stickers from glass by breaking down the adhesive with its acidic qualities. You can apply the vinegar to the area with a sponge or cleaning cloth. Let it sit for 10 to 20 minutes, and then scrape the area with a plastic scraper or the edge of a credit card.

Solar screens are low-maintenance but benefit from occasional cleaning with mild soap and water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or pressure washing, as these can damage the mesh. Inspect screens annually for tears or loose frames to maintain performance. In dusty or coastal areas, more frequent cleaning may be necessary to prevent buildup.

You can use hot, soapy water, white vinegar, rubbing alcohol, window cleaner, nail polish remover, WD-40, and cooking oil to remove glass labels. You can also apply heat with a hair dryer or steam cleaner. Use a plastic scraper or credit card to remove the adhesive, as a razor blade can permanently scratch your glass.

Professional cleaning utilizes industrial-grade equipment and formulated cleansers that penetrate deeper into fabrics, removing stubborn dirt without risking damage that DIY approaches might, such as surface abrasion from improper tools.
