"Service specialist was Marco Prieto. Time set was between 10am and 1pm. Called to see if he could come earlier. Arrived at 9:30am. Marco had been to my house 2 years earlier for a drain problem and did a great job, so he was familiar with the plumbing in the house. Went right to work. Took care of things in a very clean and professional manner. Work took about 30 minutes. Answered all my questions in a very polite way. Drains are running great for the first time in months.
