I hired Tucker Hill for plumbing, HVAC and electrical work. Techs were expeirenced and knew what they were doing. All parts needed were new and not off the truck. We had new plumbing under kichen sink, new toliets, new dryer vent, electrical new breakers. Work perfect. Thank you Mike, Michael, David, Tate, Jason, Siobhan, Grace. Highly recommend. Do your work right.

Excellent service and will happily recommend them to anyone needing a new water heater. I was so impressed by them that, in spite of the price being a bit higher than the other companies that came out,I hired them on the spot. Due to the bizarre way my water heater is installed, the job ended up taking about 6 hours longer than we expected and I was pleasantly surprised that Dylan, the service technician, was surprised that I expected to be charged more. He told me that they honor the quoted price whether it takes 2 hours or 2 days. He and Anthony, who was in the office, went out of their way to make what was shaping up to be a disaster (I literally had water pouring out around the front panel) into a pleasant experience. Anthony even helped me get financing set up. Bottom line: if you're looking for professionals who go the extra mile to provide excellent service and who genuinely care about solving your problems, I strongly recommend Tucker Hill.

High on my priority was an energy efficient water heater--not in comparison to my old water heater but in comparison to water heaters now made. After listening to my wishes the plumber recommended one. Unfortunately after it was installed, the yellow energy efficient sticker told me otherwise. My recommendation is that when you deal with Tucker Hill as with any plumber you haven't dealt with before, that you fact check.

Julian not only found the problem, he followed up on the warranty and I only have to pay for the service call. He was very polite and is returning tomorrow to fix the problem, he has to get the parts or it would be done today.

The man who came to fix my leak made me feel like I was taking advantage of him and also referred a horrible restoration company I imagine he receive some sort of kickback.

When it is an expensive repair, it is hard to decide on the spot if you are being overcharged. Hopefully I didn't overpay.

Very expensive for the work performed. 20 minutes to remove, repair loose and frayed wire, and replace outdoor garage light. Maybe, in reality, a $50-$75 dollar job. They charged $190 just to come troubleshoot. Get a price BEFORE they touch the work. The work was top notch though. I just thought they were too expensive.
