"We had 1 issue after installation and they came out right away & fixed it. Great attitudes and were on time as scheduled. Very professional crew. We had just remodeled the basement for 1100 sq ft living space to be added to the home, so I didn’t expect the basement to be such a mess afterwards, so would recommend them emphasize that the client will be cleaning all that up after the install. Very messy after the foundation was dug up around the whole inside perimeter. We still haven’t had the money to replace the new flooring that was pulled up. I should have paid more attention to the contract. That’s on me, not them."

"I was concerned about some shingles that were curling up and called Travas Jones of Duraplex. He had replaced the roof on my previous house because of hail damage and I was happy with his work. Travas himself came out and did the necessary repairs (giving up much of his Saturday). Very pleased with the work Duraplex does and would not hesitate to call them again, if needed.

"Had haven construction put in french drain what he said he would do and what he did was totally different i spent 13,000 dollars on this and it does not work he said he would correct the problem but all Im getting is excuses now im going have to get some one else to come in and fix the problems.
