Spoke with a professional person who gave me the correct price for service and travel. Set up appointment and the service tech arrived on time. Because I work they waited until I was off. Tech was polite and professional and resolved issue in a timely manner. Explain the issue with my heater and advised the problem. Called the following morning with the price. Set appointment and again tech was able to work around my schedule . Price quoted was same price when he completed the repair in a timely matter. Unit is working great. Will use them again. They charged more but I do have peace of mind.

They were here very quick and got the job done very quickly. They were very understanding of the heat and their technicians really worked hard on getting it fixed and replaced as quickly as possible. Our landlord paid for it and they are the best heating and cooling firm in the area. They are very reliable and after you call them they get out to your location as soon as they can; if they can't do the job the same day they will be out the next. Their staff is very professional and they are very friendly. We have used them before and they work with our landlord on a lot of different homes; they are very popular in the area and have a good reputation.
