"Professional installation from start to finish. Showed up on time and the job was left cleaner than it was when they started. Highly recommend this company for your window needs"

"They did a great job. The installers were nice and very professional. The windows are bronze in the outside and white inside which we love. They pull down for easy cleaning."

"My computer (Windows XP) was running very slow and had become almost inoperable. It was taking a very long time to process anything, especially anything to do with the internet. IE was taking 100% of the cpu most of the time. Jim worked on my computer remotely for several days defragging, cleaning, anti-virus, malware, etc., but could not get it to perform anywhere near where it should. We decided that I needed a new computer. Jim built me a new computer (Windows 7 with racing stripes). The new system works very well and I am pleased with it. When Jim switched my files over from old to new, the Kodak Easy-Share program with my pictures did not get transferred. He has promised to make that transfer when he installs a new door covering the DVD reader which was broken upon setup. I will update this review when this occurs. I am very pleased with the new system and would do it all over again if a similar situation were present.

"Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."

"My business has a major glass front and needed work done to it. KZ Windows fixed my insulation along all sides due to leaks in my seals along with a commercial window cleaning for the exterior and interior. The crew left me speechless with how spotless my windows were and how much it made a difference for the attraction of my business in the middle of town. They were polite respectful, moved with a timely purpose and showed great appreciation for my business towards them."
