  Susan and Charles Johnson provided excellent advice and suggestions for remodeling my kitchen at our very first meeting. Susan was very helpful with design ideas and choosing new cabinet facing, appliances, tile, granite, and hardware. They were graciously willing to adjust to my timetable and my three noisy dogs. Once the work began, their crew was always prompt, professional, highly skilled, and very attentive to detail. They worked very hard all day and cleaned up the area at the end of the day (a very unexpected and pleasant surprise). Susan and Charles consulted with me throughout the process to ensure my satisfaction. The kitchen remodel took approximately 4 weeks, a very short time considering the amount of work done and the dreadful icy weather.   I selected granite for countertops in two bathrooms and our kitchen at the Linco showroom. Linco employees measured and installed the countertops. I selected tile for the kitchen backsplash at their tile provider's showroom and decided on a general design. Linco subcontracted the backsplash tile work to someone who they described as an artist. He took my design idea and created a beautiful backsplash. We are very pleased with all the work and would recommend them to othersshow more

  This was a great experience. I had a very hard time even getting other granite shops to "talk" to me about remnants, yet the staff at Granite Designs was very helpful. They graciously allowed me to shop the the remnants in their slab yard and worked with me on design suggestions. Even though my project was small, they treated me with courtesy and respect. They probably schedule their small jobs "catch as catch can", but I was very happy with their responsiveness, the project turn-around time and the entire job. The installers were extremely conscientious, and I was thrilled with the end result. I highly recommend Granite Designs and will be using them again, for our next bathroom remodelshow more

  Darrell Williams, the owner, answered the phone when I called and was available to meet me for an estimate at my convenience (which was Friday at 4:00 pm). We then discussed granite options over the phone, he texted several photos of the stone and when we met he arrived with samples. Darrell and I discussed the scope of the project (which covers two different kitchen areas) and he walked me through some of the installation critical points his crew would be dealing with. During his visit to the house we decided on the material and proceeded with an estimate. After taking measurements in both locations we wanted countertops and confirming several other details Darrell provided a quote in about 30 minutes. The quote included tear out and haul off of the old countertops, backsplash, sinks, etc; removal and installation of the cooktop and sinks (although I was going to get the sink installed by others), installation of new countertops and new backsplashes. Total project is 25 linear feet of granite countertops (L-shaped in one location) with backsplash, to be completed in one day. As promised the crew showed up on time and began the project. As with any remodel there was a development once the tear out of the old countertops was completed resulting in the need for a taller, non-standard backsplash. Darrell took this development in stride, offered a couple of solutions and finished up the project the next day with no mention of added cost, in fact he apologized for any inconvenience - very professional. I am completely satisfied and very pleased with the result; Darrell's crew paid attention to details, was very considerate and worked efficiently to finish the jobshow more

  When you get to Triton you are greeted in the showroom. They have tile, sinks and backsplash materials on display. In the warehouse someone named Phil walked us around and told us everything we needed to know about the process of getting countertops and how to take good care of them. It was difficult at first because they are a wholesaler so they wont give you a sqft price, but they will give you a range of low, medium and high that was helpful once my fabricator told me the price ranges. Other than that I loved my experience. Triton Stone is a massive warehouse and picking out stone was so overwhelming, but thankfully, the guy we worked with was the most helpful person I have ever dealt with. He was able to keep us focussed and calm. I would definitely recommend Triton Stoneshow more

  We were very happy with Linco. The granite in both rooms fits perfectly and looks great. The installers were friendly but professional. They worked hard, cleaned up after themselves, and didn't mind at all when I asked questions during the installation. We were concerned about the visibility of a required seam [which we knew about in advance based on their plan]; their process made the seam almost invisible. Their overall price was very reasonable -- less than the big box places, but because they are a small company, you know who you're dealing with because you get to know them during the process. They are even making us a pair of small table tops from the leftover material -- cutting and polishing the edges for a nominal fee. We will gladly use them again when we do our master bathshow more

  The countertops were cut with high pressure water. All rounding, plumbing, stove and sink cutouts were precise and excellently done. The granite is high quality!   The owner suggested options in my price range while I was shopping. I was originally looking into low-cost man-made countertops but I envied granite which I did not think I could afford. The salesperson suggested I go to their warehouse and look at granite remnants that were on sale. I found the perfect granite to match my kitchen colors. The demo and removal of tile was pretty traumatic with the dust and noise but the final product was beautiful. Another company installed wood floors and had them prep the floors which were also tile. In hindsight I should have pick travertine floors so that I could be assured that it would be done by the same professionals from Countertop solutions. Clean up could have been a little neater. However the two installers were gentlemanly and courteous. They were informative about the products and suggested upkeep and care. Would I do it again? I would gladly go back to Countertop Solutions for my next projects. Prices were very competitive and cost for the labor was lower than competitors. The installers clearly knew their business and worked quickly and efficiently. I wish I could say it was painless but clearly it was a better choice than going DIY. The other company that I hired to install the wood floors weren't as proficient or professional. I'm happy with the end result but very sorry I did not have the same installers for rest of the kitchenshow more
