    Great results. I made an appointment with Doug for Friday at noon. Doug sent communications early in the day to remind me of the appointment. Doug called and made an earlier time available, if I wanted to. Doug arrived, on time, and measured my rooms, giving me a quote before beginning. Doug assessed my carpet conditions, and the measure of "dirtiness" and adjusted his price accordingly. Mine were not that dirty and his cost was adjusted down to accommodate the reduced effort. Doug went to work immediately and the the final result was excellent. Doug spent time addressing several small stains and made them disappear. I've used Nelson Carpet Cleaners in the past and will continue to do so. Doug has an excellent work ethic, is very personable, polite and respectful. I recommend Doug and his company very highly

The two men who did the work were very friendly and knowledgeable, they did a great job cleaning up after the work was finished. Most important of all, our bathroom looks amazing!     They did a great job on that. My dad had a granite countertop in the bathroom. I think they put some type of equipment on top of it, and it faded the granite in a couple of spots. I called immediately, and the owner sent the worker back out there. He just said he don't know how'd it happened because they covered it. They were like they didn't do anything to it. All I wanted them to do was just kind of like fix it or repolish it or something. So, it was a little spot very noticeable. My dad has a caregiver and even when she came the next day she noticed it. The two areas on the granite top were faded. They didn't try to fix it, they told me what I should do to try to fix it. The owner came back from vacation and called me and told me to put some type of car wash wax on it or something, but that didn't work. I thought the price was reasonable. The bathtub was excellent, but like I said they did do something that caused that spot on the granite top.They refinished the bathtub, but in the process, it seems like they damaged another part in the bathroom. It just seems like they put some equipment on top of that, like something that was hot or something that just kind of faded the gloss on the granite top. They were late getting out there that day. They said they had run behind on another job. They were hours late getting out there. They did a great job with the refinishing work, it was just some collateral damage, but they did a great job on that tub

    AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! From the beginning of meeting Robbie at our home which was a disaster as far as cleaning, she completely eased my worries after she assured they would be able to take care of everything we needed to get done. Not only did they take care of the things on my to do list but they also did brick and mortar repair on the fly after it was noticed where wasps were coming in the house! This team is simply amazing!     Matthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math).     Henry is a problem solver and was able to figure out how best to secure a spiral staircase that was not properly installed by the builder. He also replaced wood decking with Trex using clips for a very large deck with stairs. The stair risers had to be replaced and the railings had to be removed and then put back. This was a very large job and he handled it in the hottest time of the year

    First I'd like to start by saying the install and installer of my shower PANEL was amazing. It was professionally done and I wish the same guy would've been responsible for installing my doors. The shower doors were installed terribly!! First off, the guy who installed the doors had to come out twice because the first resulted in a leak from the bottom of the door. Once he came out again to fix it, he admitted to putting on a piece backwards. But there's still a gap in the bottom to which he said shouldn't cause any problems. So along with the gap in the bottom, there's the uneven cut at the top, plastic trimming sticking out from behind metal, and tacky applied caulk. The door sticks when trying to open it. I have to pull it hard to open and close it. When I do open the door it causes the entire glass to shake. For $7k this is unacceptable. I had no problem with the paneling but I wouldn't recommend this company because of the glass install. I truly believe the glass doors that were installed were some they had laying around and needed to get rid of. Mine probably weren't back from Arizona yet and they wanted to get my job done and out of the way
