"Old sand filter(15+ years old) was leaking and parts were no longer available. My current pool repair guy had already given us bad advice about the old filter which cost us over $600. So I got a price from my current guy and from Morehead pools to just replace the filter. Morehead explained the different types of filters. They gave me a better price than my current guy. I felt I needed to try a different provider and they did not disappoint. The only thing I can complain about is response to phone calls could be a little better. Took a day or two for them to call me back. The next time I need pool repair(which is often) I will definitely call Morehead first."

You’ll know you need to replace the pump in your hot tub if you hear loud or unusual noises when the machine is running or notice a significant decrease in water pressure. A leak or altogether failure of the hot tub may also indicate a problem with the pump, but you’ll need a professional to investigate the source of the issue.

If your hot tub is well-maintained, covered tightly, and the water is balanced and sanitized correctly, it can remain unused for up to two weeks without significant issues. Beyond this period, the water quality may start to deteriorate, potentially leading to the growth of algae and bacteria.
