"I discovered petpee.com when I was searching online for ways to remove the urine odor from our 10’ x 14’ Karastan wool oriental rug. I had planned to clean the rug myself, but I was intrigued by the videos I saw on YouTube of petpee.com’s owner, Meir Martin, demonstrating how he cleans rugs like mine. I searched for petpee.com reviews and was blown away by the number of glowing reviews that had been written by satisfied customers. I knew then and there that I wanted to turn my rug over rug to Mr. Martin to finally get rid of the urine odor that had been building up for over 10 years. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me. After getting over the sticker shock, my husband gave me the green light to send the rug to petpeepee.com. I think he was more interested in getting rid of my constant complaints about the urine odor than the actual odor itself! Mr. Martin walked us through how to pack up our rug for shipping via UPS, having us send him pictures to make sure we had prepared it properly. Even though we followed his instructions, I received an email from UPS 5 days later that my rug had been lost. I was regretting my decision to send my rug off for cleaning, UNTIL Mr. Martin worked his magic! On the seventh day after UPS reported my rug had been lost, Mr. Martin called me with the happy news that my rug had been found!!! Apparently some of the tape I had used to secure the label to the package was not completely flat and caused the label and bag to tear. Mr. Martin received my rug via Next Day Air from UPS on August 23 and began the cleaning process the next day. I loved receiving videos and pictures of the rug being cleaned and getting updates from Mr. Martin throughout the process. We have a 14 day guarantee in writing on our invoices with the exception of pet urine removal (if pet still lives on premises). If there is a problem with your clean we will come back at no charge to you and clean the area of your concern except for pet spots or out of local area (trip charge would be applied). We have a $85.00 minimum, we have not had a price increase in 14 years which makes our loyal customers very comfortable. Our company can have references to a new customer in 24 hours. We offer free carpet estimates in our local area. Trip charges will be added for the following areas: Searcy, Carlisle, Keo, Conway, Alexander, Bryant, Benton, Ferndale, Roland and El Paso. Trip charges are depending on how far out can be $25.00 up to $50.00. Just ask our customer service representive and she will let you know exactly how much or if there is not charge. Our carpet cleaning method is warm water extraction with a dry time of 3-4 hours depending on the weather and time of year. Our company will offer you 4 different packages that you can mix or match depending on the type of cleaning you are interested in at the time you call our office. We clean by the square feet of each room. Example: Bedroom: 10' x 10'= 100 sqft; Livingroom: 20' x 25'= 500 sqft and so on. The Packages we offer to clean carpet: Empty House: (without pets) 22 cents per sqft - Completely empty house. Maintenance Package: (without pets living in house) 32 cents per sqft - no moving any large furnishings only small fixtures. Foot stools, light weight coffee tables, ect. Value Package: (without pets living in house) 38 cents per sqft - moving all of the **furnishings and cleaning carpet underneath moving furniture back to original placement with styrafoam 1" thick tabs placed under furnishings. Gold Service Package: (without pets living in house) 47 cents per sqft - moving all of the **furnishings and cleaning carpet wiping down baseboards and hidden electical recepticals. Moving furniture back to original placement with styrafoam 1" thick tabs placed under furnishings. Note: **Our company does not move any furniture that has items on top or inside of the furnishing. Please empty all contents out of drawers or off tables. We will have to be informed on dressers with detachable full mirrors before time to clean. All Pet Damage to carpet is extra charge and the technician will have to give a price upon arrival and inspection of damage carpet. All of the above is to make your carpet cleaning experience one that you will remember that went smooth and timely.
