It was necessary to dig across our flower beds to install underground drains. These were put back together and look totally undisturbed. One or two gutters needed tightening and Michael took care of this right away. The water diversion and the amount of lift of the porch back into position worked just like Michael said it would

For anyone hiring out a crew to do a big job (siding, roofing, etc.) that is going to take several days I would highly recommend the following four things... 1. Have the work area ready to go. Move things (lawn furniture, potted plants, hoses, etc.) that will be in the way. 2. Keep water and a few snacks (crackers, cookies) around for the crew. I cannot begin to explain how much this small gesture means to someone who is working hard for you. 3. Spend a couple of minutes with the crew each day asking if there is anything else they need or have questions on. This makes sure everyone is on the same page. 4. Say "THANK YOU" at the end of the job when you are satisfied with the work. Everyone wants to know that their work is appreciated. We did these things for the crew working on our house and they really appreciated it. We would recommend Northwest Arkansas Windows and Siding to anyone. Ron and his crew will do a great job for you

"At each stage of the replacement, DD was professional, prompt, and masters of their trade and workmanship. I will absolutely recommend to anyone considering home renovation work, especially window replacement, to consider using DD.Having replaced windows in a prior home through a different company, and being very dissatisfied with the quality of workand customer service I received, I was not looking forward to going through the window replacement experience once again. However, DD was different. Their representative came to my home, at a time that was convenient for me, and asked me what my goals were. We discussed options, including cost, and was not pressured to break my budget.
