Mr. Jimmy Pegram for A-Quik Cleaning Services, Germantown Services did the most amazing job for me! He came as scheduled to review the project. I had needed carpets stretched in 5 rooms of my home. One of those was an oversized area 21'x45' and I had doubts anyone would be able to handle the job. Mr. Jimmy came in and gave me a price. Not a quote, but an actual price that he said would not go up. I appreciated that, knowing that if the job creeped once he began, I'd still pay the same price. He was timey, professional and courteous. I'd be happy to do business with him on any jobs I have in the future. Extremely satisfied. Jimmy Pegram cleaned carpets today in my lower level quickly and perfectly. Also stretched my living room carpet. He did a great job. Appreciated that his equipment was portable (no long hoses ticking out of the front door) He was punctual, professional and very reasonable. Definitely recommend him.

He came onsite to preview the job and provided an estimate that was reasonable. We set a date for him to do the work. He was friendly, professional and a hard worker. He did an awesome job stretched all the carpets in 5 bedrooms, loft area and master closet. The carpet stretching was well done he asked me to check to be sure I was satisfied. He took care of all carpet fragments, cleaned up, replaced all furniture. I was very pleased with his work and the time he took to complete the job. He provided his number to call him if there was any problems later that I didn’t see when he left. I would highly recommend him.

Jimmy was very professional. Admittedly lacking a bubbly personality. The patch work on mr carpet was mediocre at best. Based upon the quality of this job unfortunately would not use him again.
