"Built a large concrete patio off of the existing concrete patio at my home. He came out, did the estimate, explained to me all of my options regarding the concrete and we decided on a time to complete the work. He was unable to do the work at the original time through no fault of his own (thunderstorms occurring) and promptly called to let me know that the work couldn't happen that day and rescheduled.  The job lasted about a day and a half (he had estimated 2). 



        There were only 2 small issues and he addressed both quickly and efficiently.



            1. The seam between the old and new concrete: Once the new concrete was drying the seams did not match perfectly. He came back out that evening and fixed that issue and now the seams are perfectly matched.  



        2. The concrete truck was too large to fit in my fence: My gate is apparently not a standard size and the concrete truck was unable to fit in the yard. Eddie contacted me and let me know this and that he could take apart part of the fence panel to allow the truck access to the yard. He did this and replaced the fence panel to like new condition. I cannot tell where it has been moved at all.  



    He constructed the patio on a slight grade which is not noticeable to the naked eye however prevents water from pooling on the patio when it rains. 



I am very happy with this work and will call him again in the future when I need something done. I have also recommended him to my coworkers."
