"Chris showed up the next day and repaired 4 large drawers in our RV that were cheaply made even though its a new motor home, He replaced the flimsy wood with real wood and now is very sturdy. 1 day turn around. We also had a leak in the washer and he replaced the fitting that was leaking. Had some bolts come loose under the couch and he took care of that while he was here. He's very conscientious and professional.. I would definitely recommend him!!! Terry"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"The crew arrived on time and finished the job on the timeline I was given. The cost was very reasonable and was in line with the initial estimate. The crew cleaned up the work area and left it cleaner than they found it on arrival! Would highly recommend this business !"

Backsplash Installation questions, answered by experts

Glass tile is one of the easiest materials to maintain. It is both stain and water-resistant, making it easy to clean and incredibly durable. This also makes it resistant to mold and mildew. However, make sure it’s kept clean, otherwise, your grout might start to degrade. Glass is liable to scratch, so ensure you’re using non-abrasive materials and products, like soft sponges and wipes.

If you’re handling your tile removal yourself, seal the room using painter’s tape and heavy-duty contractor bags to prevent dust and shards from escaping. Use a claw hammer or a pry bar and a mallet to get behind the tile and pry it away from the floor or wall. Once your tiles are all removed, sweep everything into contractor bags for disposal, being careful not to overfill them. Make sure you wear a dust mask, safety goggles, and work gloves to keep yourself safe from injury while you work.

Larger tiles can be difficult to install because they’re heavier and bulkier than their smaller counterparts, which makes them harder to haul around and put in place. Plus, if you don’t install the tiles correctly, they could crack or break. For these reasons, it’s best to hire a professional for large-format tile installation.

While tile is the best option in the bathtub, don’t forget to consider the flooring around the wash station. Moisture-holding carpet is a no-no, but is tile or vinyl better for dogs? Tile flooring is tough, moisture-resistant, cool, and scratch-proof. However, it’s more tricky to install and costs more than vinyl flooring. If you opt for vinyl, select tough luxury vinyl flooring; otherwise, canine claws could quickly damage the surface of standard, budget vinyl.

Yes, you can tile over existing shower tiles, but it's better to remove the old tiles first for the best results. Tiling over existing tiles requires a clean, level surface and proper adhesion. If the old tiles are in good condition, you can roughen the surface to improve adhesion. However, removing the old tiles ensures a smoother, longer-lasting finish and prevents potential issues down the line.
