"I live in an antebellum house, built in 1837. Over the past 175 years some of the bricks underneath the fireplace in the living room and gathering room had crumbled. The floor needed repairs and leveling. I contacted 4 companies to evaluate the problem and develop a solution. Luke Griffin, with Mr. Foundation, was the only person who actually went under the house and took pictures of the problem for us to see. We were able to see what was happening at the fireplaces. He then studied the problem and the next day offered us a solution. They came and installed steel beams with stainless steel jacks, leveled the floors and resolved the problem. I tell people an elephant now could jump up and down on the floors. Would I recommend Mr. Foundation?? 100%!!! And, FYI, their price was considerably less than two of the other companies."

They showed up when we scheduled, completed the job, got the inspection and all permits required. They were patient in explaining everything they were doing (cause I had a lot of questions). Their representative measured and explained all the details of how the work would be done and gave us an approximate date of installation (within a week of estimation). We were notified via email and then called to verify when they were coming...this allowed us to be prepared for that day. The installers were right on time, and began work immediately upon arrival. They worked efficiently and quickly to complete the task in barely over an hour. Installation was in the spring, so they cleaned out the debris from the fall/winter and I guess we will see how well it works this coming fall. So far, we have been very satisfied with the results we've seen during this rainy and windy spring."
