"They done a great job cleaning the black mold on our roof it looks like new.The price he gave me was by far the cheapest around to clean the roof and vinyl on the house but these guys also cleaned the brick,windows,gutters and porches.They basically cleaned the whole house!!Thanks Chadek Power Wash for going above and beyond and doing a great job.I will definitely be using them in the future"

"Braden was professional, explained exactly what he would do on my project. He was diligent in contacting me regarding the paint color I requested and applied 2 coats. He repaired the support beams as well as replacing the boards that were in need of replacing on top of the deck and lattice work at the base. Before installing any materials under the deck for removing moisture, you should perform some prep work on the ground. Work the dirt under the deck to create a grade away from the home. A grade of at least six inches for every 10 feet works well. Do not leave a gap between the dirt and the home’s foundation where water could pool.
