"We have not had the shower installed yet, but are very pleased with the service received so far. Tyler and Jennifer are excellent and could sell anything. I never knew replacing the shower would cost over $6,000. I hope that the installation and product is what were told about. If we are disappointed, I will amend this review. However, 5 stars up to this point."

"I love my new shower surround from Bath Planet of Arkansas! Chris was very helpful from the beginning through the end of the installation. I went into the showroom with only a vague idea of what I wanted. Chris helped me figure out a beautiful fit for my bathroom. When the installers came to my house they were kind and very respectful of my home. They covered up all the floor surfaces where they walked in and out of my home. When the job was done they cleaned up perfectly. Afterwards, the office called to follow up to make sure everything went well. I highly recommend Bath Planet of Arkansas!"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me. Overall, they're good designs. However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning. I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question. I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done. If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"These guys did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, communicated with me as to what they were doing and finished when they said they would. The ceiling in my home has a rough transition to the wall, but they were able to make the paint line perfectly crisp and straight. My wife was very happy about that I would definitely recommend."

"Mr. Miller is wonderful to work with. He has vast knowledge and wonderful ideas and helped us when we weren't even sure what we wanted! He made this stressful endeavour a pretty flawless process. His work is impeccable and high end. He asked for our input at every turn to make sure we were extremely happy. He and his team do much of the work, (poured the footing, and foundation, framing, painting, cabinets, faux stone/brick, roof, tile countertops, etc) but knows licenced electricians, plumbers, etc. Mr. Miller tries to save money wherever possible, without making anything "cheap". VERY HONEST and trustworthy. I changed my mind many times, and he just "went with it" without missing a beat. I would give him 100 stars if possible! HIGHLY RECOMMEND."
