My complaint with the provider was not the ability to repair the unit they did that in a timely manner and satisfactorily, my dispute is the fact that they charged me 140 dollars for a part i can purchase myself for 28 dollars, they charged me 120 for service call (which was fine, since it was a weekend call) then replaced an overpriced part before telling me how much it was. way overpriced for the service rendered

They came out within 2 hours of my call, at the time they told me the would be out. They checked out my A/C. I explained what had happen with the previous serviceman and they express they had had similar complaints about him before. They double checked every thing, told what was wrong with it how much it was going to cost, I said okay, they fixed it my replacing a bad circuit board. Then the next day the office controller called to be sure that we were not experiencing any additional problem and that we were satisfied with the service we received. I will call them again.

our house started cracking in the walls, cement foundation. the court said they were not guilty--almost all the jurers had done business with richards. the judge should have moved the case out of this county. our attorney allowed the case to be closed without our knowledge. we had to pay another attorney to add the loss to bankruptsy before case could be reopened. the attorney we had our contract with did not use most of the evidence we gave to him and we did not have a chance to review the evidence to be shown in court before the case started. it was a case that was based on false evidence The judge should have had the case moved out of the county. we did not have the money to go any further. other people had had similar things happen to them but they must have had an honest attorney, chris thyer was our attorney--even if we had gotten another attorney he would have gotten his 40% and another attorney would get his. The installers that did the job came out to our house at our request--they had been let go after they did our house but they did not want to go to court. our attorney did not call any of the contracters we had contacted to give an estimate of damages--he said they would hurt our case. we were both disabled and couldn't afford to hire any one else. our house continues to go downhill. I wouldn't recomment his company to anyone

Everything was excellent. I thought the price was reasonable. They came out when they said they would and did a great job.

The contractor was here first thing the next morning. Prices are reasonable and the gentlemen was very nice and polite. Definitely would use service again. When I first bought my home I couldnt figure out how to use the thermostat and he came right out and helped me out at that time as well! Excellent Service.+

I had 4 estimates done by other companies and "Richards Heating & Cooling". Out of all the estimates, "Richards" was the most professional. The others seemed clumsy or tried to miss led me or to get me to buy more than I was wanting.
"Richards" estimate was the second highest of the 4. Sears was the highest. So the reason I choose "Richards" was because of not only the prompt professional courtesy I received, but also his warranty by far surpassed the others.
Prior to the day of installation, they called me to arrange a install date. Then on the day of installation, they called me to let me know they were on the way. They arrived right on time and started the work. And in about 5 hours, my new unit was installed and working! Richard sent everything needed to do the install plus about 3 teams of 2 men each. So the install went very smoothly and I was very impressed! And I am very happy with the equipment and service! I've been using it for over 2 years now with no problems. Plus "Richards" sends a technician out every year to check on the equipment performance.
