"First I called U-Haul. They would not order the hitch I needed until I came in and paid for it. They quoted $100-$150 to install. Then I called A&V. They offered to order the hitch without any pre-payment. I drove in without an appointment (you can't do that at U-Haul). I sat in their office and ate my lunch while they installed my hitch. They charged me same price for the hitch that U-Haul quoted BUT ONLY $49 TO INSTALL!!! I was out in less than an hour. Nothing like doing business with a local company to get personal customer service. THEY DO NOT TAKE CREDIT CARDS."
