"The crews were AWESOME! The first crew Jet & Jed, explained and invited us to watch the whole pillars installation! That was freaking Amazing! The second crew Aaron, Venny, & Tristian also explained the Poly process and I was able to see the cracks actually close right before my eyes! That was also Freaking Amazing! When I tell you these guys knew their stuff, these guys knew their STUFF! All were VERY FRIENDLY and easy to talk to! "I hired Greyrock Solutions to complete landscape lighting for me, and they nailed it! I've wanted to venture out and get some new lighting in my yard and I wasn't sure on the specifics- I just knew what I wanted it to look like- and Leslie, the owner, was able to take what little information I gave her and was able to make my yard look fantastic and I have had many people ask who did the lighting on my yard! Hands down- these are some awesome people to work for you and they make sure to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy!!! A++++ AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND"

Concrete Leveling questions, answered by experts

Mudjacking is usually reserved for light-duty slabs, like patios, driveways, and sidewalks. However, it can be an effective way to lift garage slabs and concrete around the perimeter of the home, which could harm your foundation if it’s not done properly. The risk of damage is why having a professional mudjacking company carry out the work is important. This type of slab or foundation repair is relatively inexpensive, especially if you consider that a DIY job requires that you pay to rent the necessary equipment.

Address drainage issues, avoid heavy loads, and seal cracks to prevent future settling.

Mudjacking can be an expensive foundation repair process, but in many cases, it’s well worth the investment. This is especially true if you’re lifting a portion of sunken foundation slab back into place. In that case, mudjacking can help avoid major structural damage and even home collapse by restoring the integrity of your structure with minimally invasive procedures. Mudjacking a concrete patio, walkway, or sidewalk can be worthwhile because it removes tripping hazards and makes your outdoor area more aesthetically appealing.

A good slump height really depends on the project, but there is a use for nearly all slump levels. For example, low slumps are best in projects that require structure, such as curbs and roads. High slumps often require additional reinforcement, but they flow more freely into hard-to-reach spaces.

On average, a mudjacking repair lasts between five and 10 years, though it can sometimes last for well beyond a decade under ideal conditions. Its longevity depends heavily on several factors, including the condition of the underlying soil, environmental conditions like freeze/thaw cycles and erosion, and whether the root cause of the sinking, such as drainage issues, is resolved. Because it doesn't always fix the underlying problem of loose soil, mudjacking is often considered a temporary solution. Proper maintenance and evaluation can help extend its lifespan.
