"I needed the steps into the pool repaired and my pool repainted. Lann was very professional, friendly and prompt. Due to weather issues, the pool was painted a little later then initially planned. Lann continue to keep me informed. The steps and pool look amazing. I'm very thankful I hire him. He's even helping me get a pool cover."

"Ronnie did what he said he would do. He was here early each morning and worked late into the afternoon. He was excellent at communicating to let us know what to expect from him and delivered everything that was promised. He and his crew cleaned up after themselves daily as well so there was no mess to dispose of at the end of the project.Ronnie also explained in detail how To care for the pool and came back to help us shut it down for the season. I highly recommend cutting edge pools."

"Well, they were late.  Didn't bring a ladder,  but I have an extra that another contractor left here, so I had one they could use.  Cleaned the gutters, which required removing the  gutter covers/ leaf preventers (hah!) and then re-installing them.

Unfortunately, about 3 weeks later we had some pretty strong winds and 3 of the gutter covers blew off.  I hadn't gotten around to re-installing them when they came to install the Christmas lights, so they put them back on for me.

Also, they didn't turn the water off when they were through.  A couple weeks later the POA came by to tell me I had a water leak; well , no, the fools had left the water running.  My water bill was triple that month.  Sheesh.

So, yeah, I wouldn't have made the same mistakes if I'd done it myself, but I really don't want to be on the roof where it's a two-story drop and there's no one here to watch.  So I'll probably use these folks again, but I also know to check EVERYTHING before they leave."
