Bradyâ s worker Dante accidentally left the water on at my girlfriendâ s inground pool for 2 weeks back in February during 2 weeks of heavy rain causing her a $2,100 water bill. Brady admitted the mistake and apologized but we were told theyâ d basically do some work on the pool to settle that huge water bill. They cut pvc pipes and every once in a blue moon would show up and add some shock etc. months later he thinks weâ re stupid by repairing the cut pipes and saying heâ s done thousands in leak testing etc. I also had him to service my inground pool at my house (we hired them for 2 pools) to fix or replace my sand filter. He â fixedâ it twice and charged me both times and my filter still throws sand. If you check reviews on big adventure pools youâ ll see Brady and Dante both writing reviews for themselves pretending to be customers when the worked under that company. Donâ t trust this guy and his smart mouth because you will still have an issue with your pool after giving him his money. Bad for business â ¦.
