He was very professional and thorough to his explanation on what to do and needs to do. He was fantastic going with us on picking up the materials. Construction was performed in some bad winter weather but everything worked out well. Alan is a former Marine. Based on our experience, female customers would feel safe and respected. I highly recommend him. Note that the pictures I submitted feature an incomplete wood patio deck. Another builder is finishing that aspect."
