"There is no doubt the owner is good about working fast when it comes to the job, He is knowledgeable and experienced. He worked with me even with my tight budget of $5600 to complete a 1250 Sq house. However, they could definitely be more professional and honest about their services. There is no formal standard receipt/Invoice for anything. That is super concerning for a company that has been existing 10+ years and have no proper documentation for labor costs or material costs. Additionally, There was no scheduled time as to when they would show up. It was at different hours everyday and made it so challenging to keep up with while i was at work. There were little things like the outlet covers weren't put back on all the way or rushing through the job to get it done in 4 days and constantly calling to remind me that i need to pay them as soon as they were done so they could leave. I had a unique situation where my home got destroyed by a tenant. And i needed more than just painting done. I needed repairs on doors and walls from animal scratches and a house full of trash to be thrown out. All walls and doors were not painted as written on the invoice, I was charged $1k for trash removal and he left a chunk of it on my front lawn for the city claw to pick it up the following Tuesday. After addressing my concerns with the Owner. He came back to do spot corrections to the interior of the home and hired a person to pick up a few bags of trash after the homeless came by and ripped apart on my lawn which was a huge concern of mine when he left the junk on my lawn. The big trash was still left there regardless for the city to pick up. I understood the conditions of my home were awful due to 21 animals destroying it & i definitely didn't have sufficient funds for what i needed done to my home. But a little transparency could have gone a long way. I would have appreciated the company more if they said my house must be cluttered free and spotless before beginning repairs and painting. Or sorry i am inexperienced for this job but i can come back to paint after the home is in X condition. Rather than them coming to my home and painting over dried animal urine/feces. Just to tell me they would take care of all of it and charge me what they did for something they have no experience in. Again, they are extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and works fast. Not saying they are terrible by any means. I am simply wanting to be honest about my experience. Overall, They did try to keep their word, they worked with me despite my situation, and kept me updated the whole way through."
