Customers say: Terrific value

"Great! Alan came promptly and found my problem. He fixed it and put dirt around the pipe instead of replacing the rockthat might cause them to break, He is an ex Marine who I felt comfortable to have at my home. He showed me pictures of other things he does, so I know who to call to fix my to cover it, so he made two tripspatio. His price was reasonable and I recommend him. He waited until the glue dried on the pipe"

"Mr. Bradshaw came out and inspected the problem I thought I might have but I was not sure. Mr. Bradshaw could have sold me a job easily, but he was honest and told me the problem was not a problem at all. He spent time with me looking at the basement and I could not be happier with his company.... honest and punctual and just a very good company. I recommend them highly."

"Being out-of-state, Justin from Crawlspace solutions was a Godsent. I spoke to 3 other crawlspace solutions, and Justin was by far the most knowledgeable. Head-and-shoulders above the other companies. Redeemersâ Group from Memphis (with operations in Little Rock) didnâ t properly install my EzFlow system. Justin gave me a discount, even though he had nothing to do with the original installation. He and his team repaired the installation done incorrectly by Redeemerâ s group on their own. He visited the property multiple times, to check on the installation and followed up to make sure that the dehumidifiers and sump pumps were working properly. Sent me pictures throughout the process, which helps since Iâ m out of town. Unlike the other companies I spoke to and have used in the past, Justin doesnâ t seem to just be interested in a sale. He constantly follows up and touches base to make sure that Iâ m informed and comfortable with the process. In short, seemed to care about my project and me. Really rare in business nowadays. Thank you and your team for your help on this, Justin!"

Drain Pipe Installation questions, answered by experts

Main sewer lines can clog for several reasons. For example, if you regularly dump oil or grease down your drain, it could eventually block your line. Sometimes, tree roots can penetrate and grow inside old sewer pipes, creating a major blockage. Flushing bulky items (like paper towels, diapers, or baby wipes) can also clog your plumbing system.

First, find the cleanout pipe in your yard. Unscrew the cap—you may need a wrench to do so. Then, get a drain snake. You can use a non-motorized one, but a motorized snake will make the job a little easier. Feed the snake through the pipe until it reaches the clog. Spin the snake continuously, but don’t try to feed it through the pipe anymore. Keep spinning until you feel it break the clog apart.

A two-way cleanout can help if there’s already a clog, but the best strategy to prevent one is by not rinsing grease, oil, or fat down your drains, not flushing or rinsing coffee grounds or egg shells down your drains, flushing only human waste and toilet paper (so no diapers, period products, bathroom wipes, or paper towels), and using drain guards on all of your drains.

To get rid of a sewer smell in your crawl space, you’ll have to find the source of the problem. If it has to do with your sewer lines, then repairing the line will help. You may need to make other repairs, like fixing your sump pump or encapsulating your crawl space to reduce moisture. After you make the repair, depending on the issue, you may still need to clean out your crawl space to get rid of the stink.

Anything from debris, rust, ice, and even poor installation can cause clogs in your plumbing vents. Some signs of a clog include slow drains, gurgling sounds in drains and toilets, and bad odors. The bad odors are the most concerning, as these can include methane and hydrogen sulfide. Contact a plumber to come take a look if you notice any of these signs.
