"We had a lot of rain. They even worked in the rain some of the time. Donny and employees were extremely professional and always polite. He had already scheduled a vacation and understandably did take it in July. There was only 1 small misunderstanding about the ramp for the building. The elevation was not gradual enough-- but Donny and "company" tore it down and redid the elevation of the ramp. It is now perfectly suited for short people (and old). LOL He did communicate with me about shelf heights, potting area, electrical receptacles, fan and light placement --also the deck, pergola and ramp as well as the makeover of the front porch and all the hand rails. In other words, everything. Every time I called Donny and left a message he always called me back ASAP. If he wasn't on phone, he talked to me then. This was greatly appreciated.
