"This company is a small family owned business that takes care of their customers better than family. The scheduling process was fast and simple, and they were able to work me in on the same day that I called. My technician was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. "Terminix was quick to respond and to get out here for a termite inspection, which is what we needed. However, they signed us up for pest control and said their agent would be out to care for us right away. So far haven’t seen him yet. Will give 5 stars if that turns out well."
