They basically killed my $10,000 lawn. I decided since the pest control was spot on, I would give the lawn service a try. I met with the gentleman and had a laundry list of concerns about my lawn. I waited patiently, because of all the rain, and sure enough he showed up in a timely manner and remembered everything I said and had a plan for it. Terminix - Dothan -Termite & Pest ControlTechnicians installed traps around house but didn't put them all low enough in the ground to prevent damage from lawnmower. A number of the traps have been damaged or destroyed by my lawnmower, but I can't get them to come back and repair or replace them. Seems like once they got their money they didn't really care about maintaining their work.- Mark N.

Northwest Exterminating - CarrolltonThey pay attention to details. They are not just coming and they get in the nooks and crannies like you'd expect you to. They are pretty prompt. They are courteous. They call when they're coming and give you a heads up so you're not sitting there waiting for them. We do have a very large house and we have a basement. It's pretty big. I'm not sure what they other pricing is in the area, but I would say it's comparable. It is for 3 months coverage, so if you have bugs within that 3 months, they'll come spray. They came out and I haven't seen any bugs. If I call, the ladies take my call right away and they get someone out within a couple of days.- Chere R.

The technician was late getting there which is okay. He said there was termite activity which required treatment. I had another technician come behind him and contradicted what he said. He gave me an outrageous quote to treat the property. It's my opinion that this was dishonest and bad business.
