They took pictures for me (far more detailed than my home inspector), and provided me with a solution and quote. I'll be honest, I don't know much about a lot of this, but they showed me videos of how everything worked and encouraged me to do my research. We even worked on a plan to get everything situated. I like that they understood I wanted something long term, and not just a band-aid fix. I also appreciate them being patient with me while I crunched numbers on my laptop. Since that time, they have returned and made an effort to clean up the concrete. The front porch has now been completed, and they are returning tomorrow to work on the back porch."
